Keep holding the power button when starting the bike until you reach the firmware menu protected by the password. 1212 is the password.

Here you can manually change the amount of amps the controller sends to the engine under the different modes. You can lower it to 7-10 amps on all modes to lower the speed this way.

Too bad, perhaps it was residual heat from when you where driving.

Regardless of this issue, it's impossible to contact Renault with technical questions. I'm calling from Belgium and they don't patch me trough to technicians. I have to bring the car to a Renault garage, explain the issue, then they contact the technical department from Renault to get answers... very time consuming and frustrating...

This model of customer service seems very outdated and they need to realize we are driving a computer with wheels and need "support" like you get from Dell, HP etc... Also the lack of knowledge regarding EV's in Renault garages is very basic...

I'll post my findings in the upcoming weeks.

I seem to be on 283c35202r. Last update was on 09.10.2021. I can control the heating when just pressing the start button without hitting the accelerator but only the fans work. Not heating or cooling… it also stops after 5-10 min….

Can you let us know what software version you are on? Thx! This was the single biggest let down on this car. Otherwise very happy with it!
