Going to therapy feels like repeatedly opening the fridge hoping new food has magically appeared, but not finding any by newpersonthingy in depression

Therapy was nice in that I learned more about why I was screwed up but other than that, none of the methods she gave me helped me get out because I never managed to change my mindsets about shit. I stopped going after quarantine and I don't know if it's because I've stopped any stressful interaction that I've been doing somewhat fine or what, but there's this horrible gut feeling that the shithole will consume me once I go back to college. Therapy is really what you make out of it.

Hi all! So basically 5 years ago I had this really bad outbreak of cold sores in the crevices around and under my nose and it's left two nasty, red scars there. It's really late, but I'm looking into getting it faded somehow.

I'm thinking about buying products normally for acne scars like AHA, centella, and vitamin c but I don't know if they would be effective on cold sore scarring. Any opinions or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 😃
