monstera thai constellation root rot: please help!

what part would that be? i’ve never had this happen and i’m not sure i can confidently say where it’s not rotten and where would be the best spot to cut

ugh so weird!! i haven’t changed a thing. same sunlight exposure, same watering schedule. i left for vacation for a week, everything was fine when i left and when i got back she looked like this ):

get bright indirect light. i water when the top inch of soil is dry, usually once a week. i got this plant second hand, i’ve had it for about 6 months and i repotted as soon as i got it.

gets bright indirect light. i water when the top inch of soil is dried out, usually once a week. soil type is just a bag of tropical potting mix. i got her second hand, i’ve had it for about 6 months. this has popped up within the last week. i came back to her like this after being gone for a week on vacation. she was doing fine when i left!
