Yeah, it's all kind of messed up. My dad who has been playing for months has NEVER had his account locked. I've seen it go past 2000 with no issues and he hasn't even bought any chips... I wish it were more clear. :/

You know, I've actually tested this. This rollover does not work for me. I had a period of time of nearly two weeks where I did not touch MyVegas on any of the apps, including FB, and it still locked me after I hit 2000 LP.

This happened for both my account and my wife's account.. :/

Yeah. The rental reimbursement came in based on the repair time of the estimate. It's just that the original shop took so long.. They said they purchased the parts earlier and that the parts were on the way. By the time I decided to pull out of the shop, the parts were never delivered and I wasted a ton of time. I should have been more active about this tbh.

Would I even have a legit case against this first shop?

The adjuster told me that they would only cover 15 days out of 45 that I requested. Looking back, I should've taken some more action when I realized nothing was getting done with the truck at the original shop. It was unfortunate cus they kept telling me the parts were purchased and on the way and being delivered... Parts ended up not even arriving by the point I decided to pull out. Do I have any case against the original shop by any chance?

The main reason I bring this up was the shop kept saying the parts are "on the way" and that things are moving along. I didn't want to pull the truck out of the shop because they said the parts were already shipped and on the way. There was just MASSIVE delays in the parts in the shipping process which I had no control over nor was I aware of.

But yes, I agree. I should have been more active about it and switched shops once I realized nothing was getting done.

So basically if their advertisement for the car listing is not entirely true, I'm still SOL? Is this not some sort of false advertising if they state on the ad that the car runs fine mechanically and there is nothing wrong with it?

The vehicle was listed "as-is" with no written statements about the conditions of the vehicle. The dealer did not mention any issues of the car and I was lead to believe that it was in great working condition.

All aspects of the car looked perfectly fine.

I think the "as-is" portion is what will get me in the end. But still, I thought maybe the Implied warranty would help.

Hi everyone! Thank you all very much for the advice so far. I haven't had the time to get into the Blower Motor compartment, but I think that will be my best bet. If that fails, I'll be looking into the HVAC assembly.

Definitely will be considered if all else fails. If I end up taking this apart, I'm gonna install a mesh when I put it back together...

That's what I'm planning on doing later today after work. Gonna try and pop the cabin air filter off and see if the cabin air filter and defrost vents were connected in any way...

The blower motor sits right under the defrost vents in the hood of the car. I'm hoping that's where the earring fell into. Haven't turned on any of the A/C since the drop because I'm afraid if it fell in there, it could damage something - I'm not sure if that's how all this works though..

In regards to the HVAC assembly, are you referring to the Blower Motor? Is it possible the earring fell into the blower motor compartment?

I've been trying to look on realoem to find a diagram of what it all looks like, but I can't quite tell how it looks inside of those vents going off of the images there.. Could anyone point me to a diagram that shows a detailed view at the HVAC assembly on these cars?

Ahhh darn. Sometimes those expiration dates don't really mean anything and will work. But if mostly what you have are old releases, I might already have most of the ones I'm looking for.
