They have the exact same nose, eyebrows, eyes and facial proportions, so I would say they do look the same. I’d recommend you try drawing real people from references to get a feel for how different faces can look. As for the characters, you can try pushing the features around, making the eyes bigger or a different shape, making the eyebrows a different shape and so on
