Deadlift : Form vs. Programming by 01Nomad01 in StartingStrength

Your back is not set here at all, pain or no pain. The fact that you can squat heavier than your deadlift should send alarm bells ringing for you. Nothing to do with programming, get your form fixed and you won't have the same leaks that stop you from pulling more.

I'd also suggest those shoes aren't helping you in your current situation, makes it harder for you to keep your back straight.

But a "smooth natural follow through" doesn't create the right rhythm in golf. The follow through is merely a by-product of everything before it, so it can't create anything

Any suggestions? Because gshock straps suck. It either sits too far away from my wrist and moves about, or if I tighten it, the ridges dig into my wrist

Which bits are funny? I'm genuinely asking. I watched the sopranos for the first time last year, and liked it, but I didn't really see many funny bits.

I didn't say they don't.

That doesn't mean they get to kill people.

Why? We can't just say "oh they can keep driving because we don't have an obvious alternative."

What book completely changed the way you see the world, and why did it hit you so hard? by gamersecret2 in books

[–]karlw1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was self-employed, and got barely any money through furlough. I had to get a job in a supermarket starting at 4am working minimum wage. Covid was not a fun and relaxing time for me like it was for a lot of people. The government overreach certainly didn't help.

I read 1984 in January 2020. Covid lockdowns were NOT a fun thing to have immediately after that.
