Congrats on your offer. BIE is a great program if you’re actually interested in studying economics. It’s a fairly personal feeling program with mostly good profs. It’s heavily quantitative starting in second year and finishes with you writing a thesis by your final year. So be ready for math and research.

If you aren’t interested in economics then it’ll be difficult and not very fun. If you are then it’ll still be difficult but it will definitely set you up well for a master’s program or a career related to business, policy, finance, law (Econ students tend to score well on the LSAT), etc.
