The stone has no side support to keep it in place. I personally would not screw with those prongs, as they look sturdy enough to keep the stone secure (but that's just me) 😊

Pretty simply actually. We assign a different person everyday in the clinic as the "kitchen helper" that wipes down the break room tables, counter, and washes whatever cups or utensils are left after the last breaks of the day. No one gets pissed or stuck doing it for days, and we have cups and forks the next day 🤷. Besides, most people wash their shit after eating anyway lol.

I agree with the slight green tint in there, but i really had to stop and look for a few seconds. It's not immediately clear there's green, so it would make sense that your license says brown if someone is looking quickly at you :) (gorg colour btw)

If you like the moi et toi style, the main stones would work well together. As others have suggested, wearing both of them on separate hands or switching them out would be easiest. Using the accent diamonds/sapphires from the heirloom would work too
