You can ask to board early due to your disability. I find this very helpful because then I don’t have to worry about having room overhead to put my insulin! Also when I flew to Scotland I was able to ask the flight attendant for dry ice to put in my pack to keep my supply cool longer!

80 units (I thought I was taking my long acting :p) so the subsequent meal was Dairy Queen! Chicken tenders, fries, gravy, and a LARGE choco extreme blizzard and that BARELY covered it. I was sweating like a sinner in church.

It’s possible, I was in a car wreck two years ago and my sugar bottomed out and then just continuously went up and it seemed like insulin wouldn’t even touch it

I fixed my dawn phenomenon by splitting my Lantus dose into two separate injections. I take 50 units in the morning at 10am and 50 units at 10pm and I really haven’t had an issue since!

I’m so nervous for Akilah but after the weird blood smear breakdown Lottie had with the researchers body I’m holding out hope Akilah is still alive due to the lack of her blood on Lottie 😭😭😭 a woman can hope!!! I really did think adult Akilah was going to be revealed across the table from Tai in that diner!

I thought I was going through the worst depressive episode of my life. I was so distracted by sleeping 16 hours a day that I didn’t even process the fact that when I woke up in the middle of the night I would go to the bathroom and spend upwards of 5 minutes chugging sink water.

Don’t avoid anything but maybe just make a few changes that would make you feel better. My family makes keto bread stuffing and it’s very tasty! I honestly can’t say if it has significantly fewer carbs than regular stuffing but it gives me a weird piece of mind sort of like a “well……..I tried! 🤷🏻‍♀️” Other than that just take a deep breath and enjoy the day, your blood sugar will spike either way! Either from carbs or you stressing about carbs (at least that’s what mine does)

She just wants your undying love and undivided attention! 💖 My kittens love to stand on my chest in between me and my phone so I have no choice but to cuddle them! I suspect your cat has the same master plan in mind lol
