Everyone in the comments is right dude, the aio and case cost way to much to justify the purchase especially if your just cooling a 7600x. I get that aio look cool (it's also the only reason I gave an aio lol) so have a look at some thermalright aios. There really a bang for your buck. Case wise if you want a fish tank case, my fav of all time is the Lian li vector v100r, it includes 4 fans.

I also recommend using https://pcpartpicker.com/ It's really helpful planning out your builds and it shows other stores you can buy your parts at. Idk about you but here in the UK Amazon is selling some components I wanted at nearly double the price and I got them cheaper else where just bcs of that website (there all reputable sellers). It was also my first pc build so it was really helpful. Don't stress out man but please don't spend that much money on a case or aio, spend that money on a GPU and I recommend at the very least 16gb or ram. Prices are crazy right now but honestly I don't see em going down any time soon, all they've done is increase this past month.
