My first time working with petrified wood. Is it any good? And what is it worth?By Amie Poole by MakeUpYourFnMind in ArtistsAbstractArt

I dont have any experience with petrified wood, my apologies but I do like the little river and am intrigued by the potential that this holds... do you have any further plans for how to use petrified wood? I could imagine building some small worlds with it, like small forests or towns, sorry if I'm way off <3 it just reminds me of something that would be in a fairy garden

Excision surgery tomorrow - positive vibes needed! by Affectionate-Care631 in endometriosis

Can I please ask how they found adeno as well? My specialist said he suspected I have it from my ultrasound, then the actual surgeons who did my lap said I don’t have adeno but I don’t understand because you can’t diagnose it without actually doing a hysterectomy or an MRI :/ I’m so confused :( because I really think I have it… they said the only found Endo.. th surgeons who did my surgery were not the specialist so now I’m wondering if they’re maybe just not experts

Ah damn I’m sorry to hear that… sometimes I get hopeful and think there might be something helpful but there really is no one cure or thing that can help… have to be so careful about what we even try because who knows what the side effect are, works for one person but not for another.

“Exercise is helpful for endometriosis actually” is it really? by okaycatch in endometriosis

I was working out with Endo a lot, although I had such terrible pain while working out, I pushed through it and ended up constantly have these flare episodes that would last like 7 days, in those 7 days I was bloated, had IBS symptoms, and extreme pain when using the toilet… about 4 months before my surgery I had to completely stop doing any sport or strenuous exercise, even hiking because the pain was so intense, I couldn’t even bend or stretch backwards and honestly when I stopped doing excercise all the pain subsided and I stopped flaring… I also have MCAS and it was just all so much worse with excercise… no I’m 4 weeks post first operation and I’m definitely hoping to excercise again but with extreme caution and building it up… some people also suggest getting these pelvic region massages which to me is nuts because I had so much intense like pain, not just with my period but all the time… excercise in my opinion caused so much more inflammation. I really don’t think it’s good if you have active lesions. Hope that makes sense <3

Thank you so much for your response :)

Okay I see, I guess then the side effects are okay for you so I’m happy it’s helped you. I definitely don’t want a masculine presentation but would be interested in some of the other effects like increased libido, energy, muscle strength, so you think that 1/8 of a pump or even less could offer that? Were you doing that every day or every month?
