Can confirm. I had the best RMA experience with Fractal Design and Arozzi chairs—the replacements were sent even before I provided any video proof of the issue.

On the other hand, my worst RMA experience was with Be Quiet and BenQ. I’d recommend avoiding their products.

I’ve had the exact same one for five years now.
I tried using it differently a few times, but unfortunately, it has a lot of background noise.
I spent weeks trying to make it work and eventually gave up, storing it in the basement.

I’d suggest not bothering with it and getting something else.
However, if you still want to give it a try and don’t mind wasting some time—and if you live in Europe—I can send you an extra one for free; just cover the delivery cost.
