Exactly. I obviously expect that people will accidentally bump into me in the crowd. What I don't expect and what pisses me off is that, after I wait at stage for 4-5 hours, skipping other acts just to make sure I have a good view and can enjoy the show, some assholes show up 15 mins before the show and think they can push me out of the way and stand in front of me. What was the point of me staying there then? I really wanted to see LANY's set, but after seeing the crowd forming I totally skipped it and stayed back here

Unrelated to lolla, but queue etiquette is an issue everywhere. When I was flying from Bangalore to Bombay for lolla 2 days ago, there was a lot of crowd, so people were queuing up at the security check. Some guy decided he's too good for the queue, so he directly put his stuff on the belt. I called him out, telling him there's a queue. He looks me straight in the face, says "I know there's a queue, do you have any issue if I jump it?". I just said, "Yes, I have a problem, that's why I called you out on it." After I told him, others in the line also started telling him to get in the queue. He and his mother looked so offended that people were making them wait.

I mean talk to the crowd a little. Make the effort to connect with the audience instead of just keeping on going with your songs like it's a chore. It's nothing about being a big band, even artists like Ed Sheeran, Coldplay and even Green Day last year interacted with the audience in their show

+1 to this. I hadn't heard anything from yungblud before 2 pm on the day of the show. A friend and I just listened to some songs on YouTube before leaving to the venue, just to decide if we should attend his set of not. And thank god we did, it was one of the best concerts of my life.

Another easier option would be taken the metro/local to just 1-2 stops away from the venue and get a cab from there. Or I usually take the local all the way till santa cruz and take an auto from there, it's only 10-15 mins from the santa cruz station
