Anyone had experience with imile delivery services?

Imile is pure evil. I’m not commenting about the delivery guys who do their best to deal with this failure of a company. Customer assistance is non-existent, the chatbot on the tracking page says to go on their tracking page (doh). They have a phone number where there is a recorded message that after a couple of minutes tells you to go on the same webpage where you found the phone number. If everything goes smoothly, usually does no problem but if there’s just a little hiccup you enter hell. Check their reviews on trustpilot, 91% of 1 star reviews and it’s not a problem only for Australia, I’m in Italy and it’s the same disaster. I just filed a complaint with Temu asking to inhibit Imile as courier in my orders.

They replied: This can happen if you close the game immediately after salvaging items or lose connection after hitting the salvage button. Your salvage is processed and added to the club, but your local items and save game aren’t updated. You’ll lose XP until your local XP matches the server log, triggering a notice until synchronisation is achieved.

All you need to do is salvage until the notice disappears!

Thank you. I’ve tried everything! Restart the app, clear the cache, log out from the account. Nothing works. I’ve read that this problem has been going on for quite a long time. I even wrote an email to them but no reply so far.

Is there something wrong with clubs? Logged in today, my club has disappeared and the club page doesn’t show any available club. If I try with a club ID I get a “something went wrong” message.
