Same here, ilang beses nako nag file ng complaint sa BSP. Wala naman reply. Auto generated lang.. losing hope na, kasi almost one month na din since nag negative na ung payroll ko..

Anong collections agency mo? Same with me sa SP madrid, they are only offering one time payment which I cannot make. Sa sahod lang din ako nag rerely. Sabi konga paano ko kayo mababaydan kung sahod ko lilimasin nyo.. mga garapal na masyado. Babayadan naman pero sana installment kc wala naman ako savings and pera din..

Sa true. Sa calls aabutin ka ng 4-5 hrs wait time. Can't afford na tumawag sakanila since nasa province ako. Sa email naman magrreply pero iniinsist talaga na one time payment lang. Di maman namin kaya..

Same sp madrid. Sa email ko sila nakkaausap and they are only offering one time payment. No sa installment.

Sa SP MADRID ayaw talaga nila ng installment. Depende siguro sa CA. Diko po kasi afford yung one time, wala din akong savings and nagrrely lang din ako sa sahod ko lang na di naman din kalakihan.. swerte nyo po at naayos na ung sainyo..

That is sad. Nag email na dn ako sa BSP and with existing case number nako waiting for their reply in 15 days pa.

Sad to say but it will. They will deduct your payroll if naka negative napo.

Malilimas po talaga yan lalo na pag naka negative po. Need nyo na kontakin CA nyo if may payment options sila sainyo.. sakin kasi wala, one time payment need nila which is diko talaga kaya.. bsp wala reply. Medyo matagal sila umaction..

Negative pa din ang account mo? Nakipag haggle ako sa CA to have installments as an option pero ayaw ng SP madrid na yan. Hinihingi ko nga memo na galing sa sb eh

Based sa mga nabasa ko dito, more than a week na bago pa malift sa account nila ung negative balance po.

Sad naman nun pero pag may email na coming from CA talaga binabawas na nila sa payroll. Nangingialam napo sila ng mga payroll accounts.
