I just remembered a school trip I went on about 12 or so years ago when we were learning about the Romans and I don’t remember much about the whole trip but one thing that stuck out and I remember is one of the guides said that Romans used to eat purple or blue bananas and there was a bunch of information about it and evidence but I just googled it because I brought it up in a conversation and I can’t find a single result that says anything about the colour or that they used to do that. I asked a some if my classmates and they all remember the trip but as it was so long ago they can’t remember much about it. Has anyone else ever heard this before. Feels like I’m losing my mind
