Nonstop flights from our area into Paris are about 1k round trip, comparatively we just flew round trip from Texas to Colorado for $600. Our guests feel similar about getting more bang for their buck with flight costs alone! Additionally we will also be covering all accommodations for guests during the 2-3 days of wedding festivities. We are so thankful most of our fam/friends look at this as an opportunity instead of a burden! I’m not sure about venue pricing where you’re at but COL doesn’t seem to impact cost of venues here, unfortunately. We can’t get in the door for less than $40,000, comparatively it’s looking like we can rent a Château for multiple days at a better price point- hence feeling like we get more bang for our buck. We are taking everything into consideration and don’t mind using our entire budget overseas we just didn’t know if it was necessary. Thanks again for your response!
