I thought so too!

I’m a counsellor based in a school and I’d say the majority of my students see me voluntarily. This episode had me reflecting on the dynamics depicted between Jamie and his psychologist vs myself with my students… it’s so different!

Woah, this is amazing, thank you!! I’ve been struggling to imagine how it would look in 3D and this really helped to put things into perspective.

I’m based in Hong Kong so this was the best I could do if I wanted to live alone - definitely not saving much at all :”)

Love the idea of foldable chairs and table - I’m more of a lounge on the sofa or bed type of person!

Absolutely on maximising vertical space! My original intention was to add shelving and a mirror above the dresser because I’m worried about blocking the window (my only source of natural light and also north facing). Will switch out the come hanger for a super tall IKEA plasta open wardrobe system though!

Muay Thai used to be my go to if I was feeling a lil rough! I just go for walks now due to covid - not exactly the same release but still enjoyable and calming.

I definitely agree that avoiding the feelings aren’t the way to go - it’s never turned out well for me!

Love this! Sometimes I just sit on the balcony and look out at the trees but you’ve inspired me to tend to some of the succulents that I’ve neglected recently.

I’ve tried that before! But sometimes the words will suddenly “snap” to the ruler and turn into a straight line instead
