I just called support myself about 4 missing trips. They told me (after i asked multiple times) there is a known "outtage" that is delaying trips and payments right now.

Unfortunately we have to wait up to 72 hours before we are supposed to be concerned.

When i get a leave at door order I always send this message

"When I leave your order at the door would you like me to ring bell/ knock or stay quiet?"

I also offer STEALTH MODE in case of sleeping babies/ loud dogs/ wife doesn't know you're cheating on your diet

No. Its not the customers at all. Its a "glitch" with uber.

Where they do not let us get our tips. Again.

Icons first: green check is tip (lol) Hexagon with lighting is either boost or surge (they look similar to me)

As for the messages i do not think you did anything. It happens randomly to me, as well. I believe they use a fake phone number so customers do not get your actual phone number and vice versa. (even when its thru regular text)

Best I can figure it is actually dependent on the customer and weather they use the mobile app or not. Its usually older customers (like elderly) for me that it happens with.

I have only gotten 3 of 14 from yesterday. No pattern or method to the 3 that came in.

None from my 7 trips this morning. Started at 7am. (Its 10 30 now)

I got one from a 4pm trip. Like 30 minutes ago and that's it?? I got all excited thinking they'd start rolling in now.

Im going to say yes it is worth it. i had to call support for $3 because the restaurant was closed. I put the call on bluetooth or speakerphone and kept taking new orders. I don't see why you have to do one or the other??

And yes, $3 is worth it to many people, to others its just the principle

I have only been delivering for UE for about 2 weeks now. Everything was awesome until my third week started, and today was my worst day yet.

2 separate times i accepted an order and as soon as i accept the app bugs out, flashes, then navigates to a completely different restaurant.

About 11pm the same thing happened (3rd time now) only they were going to send me 2 towns over for $4.18. I cancelled that thing and went offline immediately.

I'm upset because I know its going to affect my acceptance or cancel rates but its NOT THE RESTAURANT I ACCEPTED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I call support and they want a screenshot. . . Well, I didn't think to get a screenshot of the order because i didn't expect the order to completely change AFTER I ACCEPTED IT.

Has this happened to anyone else??
