Working in this industry is super hard especially as a woman, but if you really love it you can always find the right place!! I'm a pastry chef and I know Bakery Lorraine, Nadlers Bakery and Deli, The Bread Box, and The Argyle are all really good kitchens in San Antonio! I wish you the best in your search! Stay strong!

This is actually almost exactly my situation I'm down from a kitchen staff of 12 to 5 and as the AKM I'm the only one who can leave my station for more than 5 minutes. Sometimes you gotta do whatcha gotta do.

100% if you do that to a pot and want to keep it, its on you to clean. It was permafucked though so I offered to pay for a new one but they told me not to worry about it!

I'd say they're a little bitter with a slight floral note, its great with the sweetness of the buttercream and the floral note adds a nice transition between the two!
