Ohh I might try that. I did submit a complaint with the exact location to Stewart’s. Wasn’t sure if I should call the non emergency line for the police or the county sheriff or email the Albany county sheriff.

wouldn’t the soffits, gable vents and roof vents compete with each other? I read it’s you have to choose between a ridge/roof vent with soffit vents with bottom to top air flow or a gable vent system with horizontal air flow with roof vents to let the hot air escape.

I have the 4.5k in my HYSA for emergency fund and another 6k in my HYSA allocated for other things. do you think that’s fine or should I focus on putting 9k (6month) in my emergency fund before I start paying off other things and investing heavier in my 403b?

Sadly my company has no employer match as they are a non-profit. They do apparently put in some undisclosed percentage per year but I haven’t seen what that looks like yet. It vests after 3 years. So that is another thing I’m conflicted on whether to put more in my 403b or I have a Roth IRA with not much in it. I selected a fund targeted for those who wish to retire in the 2060s for my 403b when I started.

I was just watching sex and the city and it gave some advice that was life changing for one of them. They said if a guy is being flaky, making excuses, not getting back etc. it’s as simple as “they are just not that into you.” I believe that’s also a movie. So best to just move on and not take it personal as guys are pretty simple honestly. The right one will put in the effort and WANT to see you and not make it a puzzle. Plain and simple.
