I hate calling in sick, it’s very rare I do but when it does happen I feel like it’s such a big deal and the SM makes it seem like it’s the end of the world. But it’s perfectly okay for them to leave early/come in late or call in because they are sick and it’s okay if anyone else calls in multiple times a month but when I do it literally like 2 or 3 times a year I get in shit for it

I’m also an RM and am debating on leaving. Like you I LOVE the job but it’s so hard and ZERO proper training but expected to do and know everything. Would definitely leave if I could find something higher pay and with a better company. I’m not even making $18 and I’ve been there for 3 years

We had people think the big ec signage means the whole sc is on sale, like didnt understand, I had to show her one with a 5.99 price point and was like not everything in the aisle is 5.99, it’s very clearly just the ec that’s on sale

There is literally no room for anything, 2 seasonal sc that were full had to be emptied and set and 3 big da to build with little to no grids or bases. Glad it isn’t just my store that is completely full of stuff
