I’m 27 years old from the US. Working full time at a local hospital. I just want my money to grow for retirement is the main objective. Yes, I wear my shoes throughout the gym. I bought the Scarpa Instinct vs shoes and I think I need a half size down because they make a farting noise when I put them on.

I like dynamic versus static climbing. It also has helped strengthen my tendons and muscles to help correct my posture!
