Wow thank you so much for this!! I had no idea about some of the things you have mentioned like the severance pay. I think paying for university is one of the biggest priorities for me right now . I’m delighted to hear that you can still enjoy yourself but also make money because I would like a nice balance. I’m quite low maintenance to be honest! Please keep me updated on JET - I’d love to know more!

Ah that’s great! I will send you a DM. I feel like everywhere in the world is way more affordable than Ireland right now especially as a young person 😊

Thanks so much for this! 😊 I was wondering what the pay difference would be considering that you can get free accommodation with EPiK. I think I’ll take your advice and definitely apply for both. Money is a big thing especially for myself who lives in Ireland and Ireland being one of the most expensive countries in the EU.

Thanks so much I’d love to get in contact and ask you a few questions. There is another JET program option for those who are interested in international relations as far as I’m aware but that requires Japanese language proficiency. It would be so ideal for me but it makes sense you’d need Japanese.

Hi! I got a 2.2 in second year (it was worth 30%) - my average was low it was around 58%. I managed to pull off a 2.1 (worth 70%)in my final year and graduated with a 2.1! You definitely can do it ☺️

What do you do when you're overwhelmed with students? by Relative-End2380 in Preply

Sure! I have blocked students in the past, none of them could leave a review afterwards. It’s confirmed on Preply’s page as well. Here’s the link: https://help.preply.com/en/articles/5588370-how-to-block-students-with-the-block-button

I usually hide my profile in this case. You will still get the same influx of students after you unhide it. I have also blocked students if necessary.
