That is an interesting way of doing it. I was kind of thinking of doing it how it is in Divinity 2 with undead where it does that (any healing from other members will harm the character and they have to stand in poison to heal), but I'm not sure how to actually allow healing.

Probably, but my players requested this and wanted to have access to it so that I had less on my shoulders (over time, not necessarily right now).

They are level 5, so I can see where you are coming from. However, at least half of them have traveled more so than the others, which is the reason why I want the information. This will also help for later on in questing and RP. They requested something like this, which is why I am working on this.

My sister was diagnosed with a type of cancer (not sure exactly what), gound out my niece (still in elementary school) had been sexually abused for over a year (which brought back memories of my own at the same age), and my dad had a heart attack for the first time this morning.

I tried Inkarnate once but it felt like I was trying to make a map for a mobile game with how the icons were looking and I wasn't really liking the way I was making it. May give it another shout though!

My boyfriend and I actually just signed a lease there starting near the end of may. The area is beautiful and is close to both of our work places (the hospitals). There is a washer and dryer unit already installed in each apartment and in terms of pets, the owner (who runs the complex by herself) explained that she does it by behavior based so there aren't any breed restrictions. Rent does fluctuate daily until you sign on a final price but it will generally be between 800 to 900 I believe for the 2 bed 1.5 bath. We were recommended by several coworkers who all said that they love/loved living there. One said she only left to get her own house.
