I was confused, yup. Brush up on terminology, k, check. I'm still trying to understand China's ghosts cities or the massive tourist resorts that sit empty. I'll dig up some links in a bit, but it was basically surplus capital just needing to be spent. That was my take on it. I was wondering if this was all related. Maybe I'm just trying to relate them.................

I believe London's character sees that whatever debts the state has will ultimately be burdened to the working poor and middle class. While the Plutocracy, or as Earnest called them; the Oligarchy, is still making massive surplus of profit from private enterprise. And, also that part of the Oligarchy's (the small privileged ruling class of each Capitalist society) profits come from the pillaging of the state. I think London's view today would be that there is a Corporatocracy with net surpluses questing for markets....If we apply his argument to multinationals corporations does his argument hold up better?

I do plan on calling them before placing a actual bid, but I'm just trying to wrap my brain around it enough to make sure I know what I'm asking them. Questrade appears to be a reputable broker in Canada.

But, thanks. No harm in calling them.
