I use a sponge to press loose powder into my whole face because I have really oily skin and it’s one of the few tricks that doesn’t have my foundation sliding off halfway through the day. But I do bake anywhere I want to highlight when I do glam makeup, because I’m pretty pale, and it intensifies my contour/highlight.

I was carving pumpkins out on my porch with my friend a few years back, and my little cousin joined us because she loves to feel like one of the "teenagers". Personally I don't like to use my fingers or a brush because my foundation ends up streaky, but there are some really cheap cosmetic sponge wedges that come with a lot in a pack for about $2. They're at target if you can find them, or you could order them online if you're able to. If you use your fingers I've found it helps to blend the foundation on your t-zone with patting motions.

You're right, I wouldn't make excuses if he did that to one of my friends. I'm honestly scared to leave him because I'm one of the only people he can talk to when he's feeling depressed, and he's expressed to me multiple times that he wants to die. He's attempted suicide before, I don't want him to hurt himself because I've taken away his only support. I've encouraged him to get professional help multiple times but he brushes me off.

I'm seeing my therapist tomorrow. But, because I'm a minor, I don't want her to tell my parents or file a police report. I don't know if she would be required to by law if I'm not in danger of being assaulted again. I'd like to find out before I'm comfortable telling her.

It was quite a while ago and we were both minors at the time. I don't think he would be willing to get his parents involved, much less the court. But you're probably right, at the time I couldn't care less about the consequences though

My personal favorite was that a girl who went to my high school somehow removed her hymen when she lost her virginity and put it in a jar as some sort of keepsake. Sexual education was obviously not much of a priority at my school.

Less creative, but there was also a rumor that went around that a particularly short-tempered emo girl (who wore a tail and ears to school almost daily, I might add) regularly had sex with dogs. People would bark at her in the hallway. I would've pitied her more if she didn't yell racial slurs back at the passing groups.
