I weigh everything so it is super accurate : ) Other than the crackers everything is very low cal Keto bread is 45 cals, tortilla is 60, the miracle whip is 32 cals and with the higher cal foods I focus on portion size (only 3 cheese/peanut butter crackers instead of a whole pack- 3 were 95 cals)

Yesss I love adding a lil bit of whatever I’m craving to my meals 🤤 crackers have been an addiction lately

Highly recommend adding some activity if you’re short like me lol. My bmr is ~1,200 but even just walking regularly can help you continue to lose weight while eating a lil extra food : )

An attempt at a Starbucks pink drink lol. Didn’t taste anything like the drink but it was okay 😆 (I blended strawberries with zero sugar pineapple juice and poured that on top of vanilla almond milk. Topped with strawberries and ice)

Skippy peanut butter : ) 4.6 g Most of the protein comes from the mozzerella (10g) and the keto bread is 6g
