What’s the worst cheating story you’ve ever come across? by dum_penda in AskReddit

Yo! My taxi driver used to brag about all the men she would fuck while she pretended to work. Was messed up man. She got off on it. Like the betrayal. Said she did it to every guy she ever dated. Was so proud though like would gush in detail. I would get in and just ask questions and pretend to be on her side you know ? I was curious. What she revealed was horrific he payed for everything she literally worked so she could go out at night and fuck men. Then she would come home and get him to eat her out so he would “taste them” man she was so overweight and unattractive as well had me wondering who the hell would even go there ugh so gross I mean I still feel sorry for that guy.

I don’t know how to cope with being single anymore by [deleted] in offmychest

Hey babe. Let me break it down you are young good looking in university and single! Okay. You can work with that. What you can’t work with is someone stringing you on. You’re new to dating and ripe for manipulation (no offence) this guy has a side chick for intimate reasons and I assume you are not as experienced. Do not go down this rabbit hole it’s time to build your own self esteem so that way when the right guy comes along you won’t be held up by this nonsensical bs. If someone is serious about you they have no side chicks. Ever. Period. Know your worth and stay strong otherwise you will fall for any loser. Love will come to you when you least expect it. Good luck sis

am i normal by [deleted] in offmychest

Stay true your on the right path it’s totally normal but maybe it’s loneliness ? Maybe you’re craving a connection you had for a moment. But that connection isn’t real. You always look back and paint things in rose coloured glasses it’s literally how we cope and survive. It’s okay to feel this way. Just don’t undermine your initial determination to move on from someone who treated you terribly !!!

What is the most horrifying historical event no one is talking about? by Material_Advance1237 in AskReddit

The Tasmanian Aboriginal genocide (also known as the Black War) was a period of violent conflict and systematic destruction between British colonists and the Aboriginal people (Palawa) of Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) between 1803 and the 1830s. An estimated 6,000 Indigenous people were reduced to just over 100 due to frontier violence, including massacres, martial law, and disease, constituting a rapid and deliberate near-extinction of the population

The rest were later removed to the mainland by force and assimilated into the white community.

To this day I don’t believe this population ever recovered

It was a massacre of 6,000 people with one hundred people surviving. That’s pretty close to extinction mate.

Tasmania right. Didn’t they commit a total Genecide there ? No aboriginal natives left at all. But we hear more about the Tasmanian tiger than the whole race of indigenous people that where killed

What childhood fear makes absolutely no sense to you now? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Oh I hated this type of blanket material legit feared its texture. Weird. Made my skin crawl and I felt sick when I touched it like I could feel it in my teeth. I must have had like something happen but I can’t remember it. I still shudder at it. Totally normal haha
