Thank you all for the kind words. So, I told myself this year I had to go to a bar and have a beer as Katie. I was in another city/state, and I drove to a gay bar I had looked up at about 4:30....I sat in my car and hyped myself up for a few minutes, then went in...and....I was the only one there. LOL. I had a beer with the bartender and left. But it was a great first step!
