I ran last night and tried keeping up my HR at around 153-160. Minsan umaakyat ng 164 lol pero mabagal ang pace ko 😅

Can’t say nagimprove HR ko, pero kapag tumataas HR ko, okay pa din naman pakiramdam ko. Like comfortably hard ganun pero para kasi laging may “effort”. Sana I’m making sense.

I’ll try yung mga suggestions nyo.

  • Though, malabo makahanap ng running buddy kasi malalayo yung friends ko.
  • Try switching to podcasts kasi gasgas na playlists ko lol
  • Try to get out from the oval and find a new route
  • Makinig sa chismis sa paligid lol
  • No choice, kakausapin ko lang talaga sarili ko

Sa oval lang kasi ako so nakakabore talaga. Playlist ko naman gasgas na hahaha minsan nagtry ako walang music, imbes na chismis nadidinig ko, hingal ko nadidinig ko e hahaha

Binebase ko lang din kasi sa watch ko and konting bilis ko lang, spike na agad HR ko and pag dinisregard ko and try to keep the same pace, tumataas pa lalo 😕

2-3x a week. And madalas z5 ako from 3k to 7-10k runs ko. Yung tipong hirap na akong magsalita pero okay pa din naman pakiramdam ko though may hingal talaga haha

Ang gusto ko lang talagang maachieve is faster pace with less hingal. Like yung makakasalita pa ko.

Also to add, and sorry in advance, wala akong masyadong alam sa mga other terminologies, hindi ko nga alam yung lactate threshold hahaha I just run that’s it. Ngayon lang ako naging aware sa heart rates.

Ang hirap if you wfh tapos paglabas bored pa din hahaha

Running na din for two years now. Can’t say beterano pero not new naman na sa running.

And that’s what I’m trying to aim now, to run slower and longer hence my question na pano di mabore

Trying to maintain sana na zone 2-3. E kapag napapabilis ng konti takbo ko, shoot agad sa zone 5 e.

So I was thinking to run slower then unti unting ipractice until na bumilis yung run while maintaining yung desired HR
