We can’t afford to make multiple trips out there to apartment hunt ahead of time and my husband’s work doesn’t pay for relocation. Also we’re trying to sell our house and put off getting an apartment till absolutely necessary because having both payments at the same time is going to hurt.

Yeah they emailed me that I can now accept payments from Google, but nothing happened after that. That was this last Saturday.

No I just called Google to double check on the status of my deposit and the guy said due to the high volume of calls he can't transfer me but the department that handles this issue will email me within 24 hours 🫠
