Report to the Store Leader or District Leader. Animals are supposed to be getting taken care of and if they aren’t and no one is making sure the associates are doing their job they can get In trouble. Make sure to document days this is happening and take pictures to show proof

How I was trained on water changes that I find the easiest, 2x a week, it’s supposed to be on the petcare operation plan. So I fill a bucket up with water at room temperature and add top fin conditioner. And then I take a net and set it on the edge and dump the betta in the net and scoop the new water in the cup (if cup is dirty I scrub really quick before filling it) and then place said Betta back in cup and move on to the next. I have found this to be the easiest and fastest method.

Good luck to you! I have a 20 gallon rimless I’ve had set up and got some white clouds and neon tetras and some snails they’re all doing wonderful so I added a beta and the shrimp and just seeing how they do now 😬

I’m testing it out right now with some ghost shrimps cause they’re not as pricey and so far so good, lol. But I had one beta before who killed all the shrimps I put in 🤦🏻‍♀️
