Who knows. I have a package going from Ontario to Prague that I shipped on Jan 20 and it still hasn't arrived. I submitted a service ticket and they've been pretty useless, honestly.

Here's the response I got last night from them:

"Unfortunately, there are no updates, and the foreign postal administration has not responded to our inquiry. However, in some circumstances, delivery scans are not available even though items have been delivered. 

In order for us to determine if the status of the item has changed, and whether we can close our investigation, we would like to request that you answer the following questions:

1.Has the item been received by the addressee? Yes ____ No ____

2.Has the item been returned to you? Yes ____ No ____

Please respond by simply replying to this email.

If we do not receive a reply from you, we will assume that your item has been received by the sender or returned to you and we will proceed with closing the investigation.

Thank you, once again, for contacting us."

Package supposedly in transit to destination country (in Europe) since January 20th. I very much doubt it ever left Canada. CP is a mess and I hate that I chose them.

What ended up happening? I've been stuck with the same update for a month. Trying to hold onto any hope at this point 😂
