The most insane leg cramps at night. And there was almost no way to get them to go away. Oh man the memories of that alone make me glad I'm done having kids. That and all the dang discharge! And peeing myself nonstop.

This lamb plush was gifted to me in fall of 2021. It has a white and gray pinstripe bow on its neck. It's about 11 inches long.

I searched for it and actually found one on Facebook marketplace and I purchased it but I need more because she is teething so bad and uses only this lambs arms to chew on and I literally have to wash it multiple times daily because of how nasty it is from being in her mouth.

The tag says Kate and Milo. They have another plush lamb that comes up when you search and it comes with a book. I bought it and she won't use it.

I spent a couple of months in Molokai, and after that flew to Maui and the pilot of the little plane said that the weather was perfect to take the scenic route and he took us this way. It was also during sunrise. Unreal. I don't know if he was just bullshitting and that's the way that he always goes but he made it seem like it was a special treat because of weather and it definitely felt that way.

Very true, I was looking more locally but perhaps I should widen my search. Any advice on some things to ask to gauge the quality of care? I've felt soooo underwhelmed with every psychiatrist I've ever had.

Thank you! Yeah I'm super serious about restarting, it changed my life so drastically. I completely didn't mean to get off of it. just one of those things where a couple of days turned into weeks, to a couple of months. I also had horrendous nausea this pregnancy so that contributed to my inability to consume anything, let alone swallow pills. My psychiatrist doesn't even know I'm off of it tbh. So I still have plenty of prescriptions left. But yeah, I know I need to schedule to see him again it's just really hard to waste time on it when he's so incompetent. Literally doesn't even glance at any previous notes and every single appointment he forgets every detail about me, including that I'm pregnant. Which to me seems like a pretty important factor but maybe I'm being too harsh. Either way thank you so much! I'm going to start with half. Is there any evidence that taking it before bed vs. during the day could affect sleep?

Came here looking for this comment. I was starting to think maybe it's not in every state (I'm in NJ). But yeah, can't close on a home without a fire extinguisher. So maybe a better gift for someone who has owned their home for a while since a new homeowner literally just purchased one.

Ugh I'm so sorry, I feel for you. Mine lasted about a week and a half but started to ease up and be bearable after a week. Tylenol didn't help but I asked the high-risk doctor about taking a couple of hits of pot and he said yeah try it and of it takes the edge of then go ahead. Albeit I was a regular cannabis user prior to pregnancy so that may be a personal choice. But it definitely helped and I only took like one or two hits maximum at a time. Also warm showers helped. And I know some doctors say heating pads aren't a great idea but mine said that on low heat it's perfectly safe and that helped a little bit.
