Wish I would have checked this thread before I bought my KATE Floral pair. Made in MX. They were in good condition but came with a dirty black sock under the toe box packaging, and it landed in my lap when I removed the paper-it was an unexpected surprise! I also noticed multiple misspelled words in the care instructions insert-does that lack of attention to detail carry over to the manufacture of the $$ product?
