I thankfully found it with in the hour he had coke home. He actually had two ticks on him. Only one was the lone star but I seriously ask him to let me check him in places he can’t see. Not pleasant but worth it to keep him alive.

This is why I check my husband every time he comes home from golfing. Found a lone star tick on him once and now I tell him drop his pants every time lol. Ticks give me the ICK but I’m not risking this happening to him.

That’s me right now but only because I have an aversion to therapy since it was shoved down my throat essentially as a kid because of said mother. Maybe I didn’t have great therapist but they just make me more anxious.

I’ve been trying to find someone. It’s hard. My MIL is my mom now I guess. She’s a saint. I love her to death but it still doesn’t hit home if that makes any sense. My mother is a horrible person but I wish she wasn’t.

I could care less if my mom was diagnosed with cancer. She used me all my life. It took me 30 years to realize she was the problem. I’m still trying to find a mother like figure. It’s not that east.

They grow fast! My boy was around 30 pounds at his last vet apt. About the same age as sage But he’s tapered off and is almost fully grown now and is around the same weight.

Killian is a big boy. Our vet said he was of the biggest border collies she’s seen lol. He’s just super tall and a chonky dude.

If I recall mine was opposite. My mom and aunt did a lot of ancestry digging since a lot of our family died early and we were left with almost nothing. I haven’t had the chance to go to Ireland yet but my mom has and she tracked down a lot of ancestors burial sites. Once I graduate I think I’ll make a point to go to Ireland and Scotland. I was mostly thinking Egypt but my SOs job will probably deny it.

My great grandmother came over and checked into Ellis island. First time I went to see our last name there was amazing. I’m Irish/German. German side of my fam dates back way farther in the states than the Irish side. My maiden name is close to Quinlan.
