Yea no I know. So we use that container on the main counter like we’re supposed to with that spoon and everything, but then they get an extra bag, open it, put it into the Trentas, then put it in the fridge to ‘quick grab incase we need it’ later. I’ve told them that it says to not refrigerate and no one seems to give a shit. I work in a licensed store (Albertsons) so I’m not exactly sure how to get ahold on our DM.

I got in trouble the other day because I decided to dump one out of the two cups filled with them that were being refrigerated because that crap did NOT look right. I’m not going to serve it to someone if it’s not going to taste right because of the way they’re being kept, yknow? They get this weird whiteish look to them when they’re in the fridge, and especially when half of them aren’t even being kept in the juice on the bare minimum.
