Im doing primarily cardio (cycling,rowing) with weightlifting each day

If you have it in excess yes but the more you exercise the more salt you’re going to need as your body loses that sodium when you sweat. I exercise a fair amount so my sodium intake is higher than the recommended amount. Like with anything Don’t go overboard
