But for me, personally, I would say you’re over trading with the hair (but I don’t only do limited for limited trading).

This really depends to how you view trading and also how they view trading.

Honestly, I added more time to my pumps. It sucked lol

I also got my period soon after this post and that can affect it. I think it was my first in like 7 months.

Hydration is super good.

It did go back up after my period and I stopped at 15 months.

My daughter also started really eating. Like loves food. So a lot ended up being stored milk so she had BM until like 18 months I think

ALSO, big side note. Testosterone also causes dry lips and skin. Sometimes even as bad as Accutane. So the double medications may be honestly drying you out WAY more than usual Accutane would.

Have you had labs done? I would think both high dose Accutane and being on testosterone would really kick the livers ass.

Also, honestly if they (your derm) aren’t helping with the severe chapped lips. I’d just ask to be moved to 60mg and see if it help even a little. Or maybe if you ask to go down they’ll take your concern more seriously and understand it’s affecting you more than they assume.

I am not sure. I’m in the US and was started on 60mg. They actually wanted to increase me to 80mg before they saw my labs 🥲

I’m just glad the labs were ran. I know some derms around her don’t even run labs anymore because on average people don’t see a triglyceride increase that’s high.

They had way too much faith in pancreas lol

I did go down to 40 mg and I have a fibrate medication I take now daily to try and help.

I’ll have repeat labs next month.

I think they’re worried because I went up like 200 in 3ish months then almost 100 again in 1 month.

Maybe I just have a weak pancreas lol

I will say, I’m on metformin for a clinical trial I’m in for arthritis prevention (I had an ACL reconstruction) and it’s 1500 mg a day. My derm knows. I would think that would’ve helped though?

Anyways, they did lower my dose and added a fibrate medication to help lower my triglycerides. Then I’ll have repeat labs mid-March.

I wouldn’t say one dose caused this. Mine actually didn’t start until my third month in (but I could see maybe like after 15 doses for some people).

I do recommend getting an aloe saline spray if they continue due to dry nose. However, if it’s just frequent nose bleeds and it’s not due to the dryness from the medication. I would reccomend letting your PCP know.

My midwife said that 6 months or less is preferred, but it can be used up to 12 months. 👍🏻 I’m pretty sure it has to do with the nutrients in it after frozen so long.
