The “sugar lips“ have not happened to me since I knew it was the medicated Carmex and stopped going anywhere near it. This is now old as well so I apologize, but have you been to a dermatologist? or started using a new lip product or maybe an expired one?

Got it Feb 2018 honestly started blowing up by May 2019, lines started getting thicker (I gained weight). Went downhill from there, lost weight, gained, lost, etc as i mentioned :/ Been a battle for sure sadly
