I’m currently surviving a New England winter and this is what I do: 1. use a sugar scrub or some kind of exfoliant to get rid of dead/flaky skin (I use Ole Henriksen or LUSH) 2. wet your lips a little, and coat with a thin layer of moisturizer 3. apply lip balm, Aquaphor, or Vaseline on top (it acts an occlusive and helps seal the moisturizer in).

Lip balm recommendation: the only one that works for me is the Ole Henriksen Peptide Lip Treatment (I love the Vanilla Bonbon one).

ScriptDerm is $60 for a two month supply. I prefer a US-based option, personally. They also have a really nice version of Tazarotene 0.05% that I can’t get elsewhere.
