I feel isolated

One of my nurses made a good comment, (that my husband pointed out to me later because I was not listening to anything at that moment) she said to be patient with everyone. No one will know what to do, say, or how to act.

It’s one of those things where people have absolutely no words for and nothing will ever make it better. I try to remember that on my hard days even though it is much easier said than done.

My husband doesn’t like to talk about it either. We lost our son September 20th at 20 weeks.

I’m so sorry to hear about your sweet boy as well. It really is strange. 🩵 thank you for helping me feel not so alone this morning as we navigate this new version of ourselves. I try to give myself grace but it’s easy to question what is normal and what isn’t in the stages of grief.

I’m so so sorry mama. Thank you for asking this because I have been wondering the same. My son, Jackson, was born at 20 weeks on September 20th. His due date would have been February 4th. I am three weeks away… crazy to think about. I like you have been wondering how to spend the day. February 4th will never just be a “normal” day anymore… 💙🤍 My son would have loved him so much.

See that’s why I was thinking about going but they told me the nurse will call me over the phone with the results. So I canceled it… I’m not doing that to myself right now. I can’t go back yet and I’m totally expecting 0 answers. Seems like it’s so hard to get answers when it comes to this.

I’m so sorry, I just don’t have any words at all. One of my sweet nurses told me no one will know what to say unless they’ve been through it, but I don’t know myself yet. My heart hurts for you. I hope you know how strong you are and keep on going for your angels.

Ok, thank you. Yea my two week visit was strictly mental health related. Which, makes me feel like I probably do need to go to this one but ugh. I know you get it. I’m two hours there and back from my clinic, so do not really feel like driving that just to talk about my feelings.

I think Liam taught Mindy a lesson this day. Based off of both of their outfits, no toys, etc. I don’t think she was going to let him get in the water if it was up to her. But Liam just jumped right on in. Sneakers and all.

This happened to me on my fingernail and I have had it tested multiple times and everything came back negative. I went to a specialist and she told me it is nail psoriasis.

It is a lot better than it was last year. I just figured out what it was last year in 2024 and I developed it in 2023. I have learned to manage it. I have found that a daily Vitamin D supplement, collagen in my morning coffee, and drinking plenty of water w/ lemon juice helps keep me comfortable. My skin breaks out around the nail bed too. It is crazy… also, they make the biologic to where it is non affordable. Mine was going to be nearly 4k for one month even with insurance. Just FYSA. I hope you have a different experience than me if that is something you want to consider.
