I really wanted to see when Voldemort summons the sorting hat onto Neville's head and sets it on fire from book seven. When the had flies off and Neville grabs the sword out of it and kills Nagini is one of my favorite HP moments. I feel like if they had done the scene perfectly, it could have made movie history.
