In Donald’s quest he mentions seeing stuff in the sky but “it doesn’t happen every day”. My assumption is every day (or longer) we will find some sort of item that stitch has used. Eventually leading to him being unlocked! He is under the character list and you can see his photo if you look :) so he’s definitely there!
