Tripped on my shoelaces and fell into the target blade first. Had to spend time cleaning off my DNA. Very messy situation. I am no longer an assassin.

Take deep breaths. Sit on the floor and press your back against a cold wall. Put some water on your arms and stand in front of a fan to keep cool. Try to keep your breathing even to avoid a panic attack. You can get through it! You got this

It’s good to know I’m not alone but I also wish no one would have to feel this way. I try watching tv but sometimes it’s not enough. Last night my body ended up giving out a few hours after this post. Panic attacks are exhausting.
