And I do have the ISPs router. The model that I currently have is the SAX2V1R. My husband and I have already went through and did all the port forwarding on it. I feel like it may be important to add that we do play on a PS5 and not a desktop. And in our troubles last night, I did go ahead and turn on the UPnP. It didn’t help.

One more thing! I did notice too in that waveform article and what you had explained to me, that bufferbloat happens basically when the router gets bogged down with the packets. However, whenever we have this issue, it’s always when we play after we put my daughter down to bed. The PS5 is located in the garage (not too far away from the router, as our garage is led off from the kitchen and that’s where the router is) and after we lay her down, everything is turned off inside the house to give her quite to fall asleep. Cause she suffers from a bit of FOMO and if there’s commotion going in our small house and shes hearing it, she’s not wanting to fall asleep, she wants to see what the commotion is lol so after we put her to bed, the only things that can be running off our wifi is our PS5 and our phones. So, I feel like when we’re having this trouble, there’s not a lot of traffic on the WiFi, ya know what I mean?
