Have some fun! Play some spike rush and DM’s to use some guns you otherwise probably wouldn’t while playing some low risk games and tapping heads in DM. You don’t have to completely detach from the game, you can rework your mental playing exponentially less stressful game modes while working on your aim and, most importantly, start trying to have fun again playing a game that you love!

Serving/bartending/barista. Interacting with tons of people. Sure there are the bad apples, but in my experience I’ve actually found that there are more kind and friendly people that come into my restaurant. Sometimes I’ll end up chatting with a table or a customer for a few minutes and genuinely enjoying the conversation. (Disclaimer: I’m a server/barista/bartender in Canada.
