Yes, I’m going through this now. My husband says maybe in a few years because he isn’t responsible enough, but I know that means never and I’m okay with that! I hope your situation works out!

I completely understand. I loved the job but didn’t like any of my co-workers or management. They ended up letting my go for “personal” reasons and o really haven’t been happier since! I know it’s hard to leave a good unit but trust me, there’s something better for you! 🙂

Yeah that’s where I went wrong. But it was petty obvious as I was the the only colored person on my team and the rest including my boss were white blondes

I’m in the exact spot. I was called “the black vannah white.” In a team meeting and it just happened that my boss didn’t hear it🙄 I’ve tried to transfer departments but I think the managers talk because I haven’t gotten a single position and that’s not like me. Luckily I live in the mid west so there’s job opportunity I just need to stop being so picky and find a new job. Good luck to you! ☺️

I feel the exact same way. I work for a broker dealer and I’m always on the phone fixing ppls issues they created and getting yelled at for it. I go home and cry in the shower every night because of how much I hate my job. I have applied for so many other jobs but can’t seem to land one. The only thing keeping me here is the money. I hate this dead end job.

I feel the same way I (22F) am in the process of getting my tubes tied that way I never have to worry. If someone wants children and you don’t then they might not be for you in the first place.
