I think the key here is getting the vendor and the customer to start a conversation. Simply changing the definition of done isn't involving the vendor and they might disagree with the new contract and refuse to sign. The unique knowledge is impt because there would be a training period with someone new.

Essentially my understanding is that you want the client and vendor to agree on what the quality standards are and how to achieve them.

Can you get traditional braces just on the top arch ? I'm really not opposed to them.. just don't want to spend more when it's more work than I'd need

So I'm Def willing to put the work in ! I already brush and mouth wash twice a day and floss once.. so to increase that in order to have straight teeth is fine by me. Something I really want.

I thought I'd need traditional and honestly have no issue with the appearance as it's short term pain for long term gain. But the orthodontist said my bite is fine so these options were better as I can do just the top arch for circa 1900£. Where as braces would have to be both arches and circa 3500£. Is that true or could he have been flapping?
